Hand made Latios Sprite 1

This is a made from scratch Latios sprite I decided to make.
Yes, made by ME, on MS Paint, I pixeled this. So no reporting it!

I give permission to recolor this sprite. I only ask that you give me credit with the original piece.

Originally to use for a video to put on YouTube to prove that I do in fact make my own sprites.

Unfortunately though, I canceled the video instead of stopping it when I was done...
So there went 40 minutes of work.
