Latias Anthro attempt 3

Description

So it's been about 4 years since my last Latias anthro attempt. And for some reason, I was feeling inspired lately, so I tried my hand at revamping it just to see if I could actually manage to draw something even RESEMBLING feminine this time.
I hope I succeeded, lol.

I tried to stray from the ever-so-popular Xennie Armwings and standard pattern that permeates the current Anthropomorphic Latias population today.
Because standing out is cool, kids.
I opted for a different leg style as well in my attempts to move away from the typical 'human body with Latias head and wings'. I never felt that an anthropomorphic Latias would really look like that.

Anyway, tried for a bit of an assassin look this time. Because Latias + Assassin = win.
Also, Weird bio below that I thought up while drawing this.

This picture and particular design are of my, =Vypor's own envisioning.
Latias, and Pokemon are © of Nintendo.

Latias back in more simple times were a race very infrequently seen. And as such, were considered a rather reclusive and important race. Even though nobody truly knew what it was they did.
When important leaders held grand balls and parties, there was usually always at least one Latias whom showed up. In gowns and ornate garments. This was always considered a wonderful treat by the host, as having a Latias at one's festivities was considered a good luck charm of sorts.

This reputation soon began to crumble however, as certain important political figures who attended such parties ended up dead sometime during the commotion.

Many a diplomat or hasty aristocrat thought to themselves that they were successfully wooing the woman of their life. Only to find out moments later that that very woman had just taken their aforementioned life.
But the dead tell no tales, so the Latias' true motives went hidden for some time.

Eventually however, this had become a great problem, and even with such high security increases during the events, nobody could truly figure out why it was happening. Eventually they pieced together the link between a Latias showing up, and someone ending up dead. When there was no Latias, nobody died.

Somehow this news traveled quickly, and even though the political leaders set up traps and prepared, no Latias ever showed back up at a party. And even then, something curious happened.

People still ended up dead.

It was later discovered that the Latias' had turned to the ways of a true assassin, no longer infiltrating in plain sight, but as silent ninjas.
Naturally, their species had large powerful legs, which allowed them to leap to great heights, or deliver devastating kicks. And their large leaping method of running made them swift on the ground, and difficult to hit.
The few times an assassin was ever seen, was after they were already finished with their task, and the guards could only swear and take potshots at the bounding figure as they disappeared into the night.

While they were exceedingly secretive, stories tell of a particular noble whom was involved with the Ordias. (This is the known title of the Latias assassin collective)
This was unusual, especially as he was known to be very involved with sex trafficking. A topic that was a top-priority target of the Ordias. Rumors tell however that he wasn't truly involved with the trafficking itself, but made it look to be so in order to actually make himself a TARGET to the Ordias. And once they came for him, he actually managed to strike a deal.

Ordinarily, rumors such as these would be foundless. And so this one would be as well, if records didn't show that after his alleged involvement with the Ordias, a sudden mass-assassination of key sex trafficking lords took place. He reportedly admitted his involvement officially with the Ordias upon his deathbed. And told of sacrificing his reputation in order to aid them, but no official records show this.

What is known however, is that after the rumors of his mutual deals with the Ordias were out, nobody ever seemed to cause him nor his kin any trouble.

Eventually after his passing, the Ordias seemed to disappear entirely, and nobody knew why. They were never seen, they never killed anyone else. They just... Vanished.
A few souls dared claim that they were responsible, but ironically, they soon ended up dead. No-one questioned who was the cause of that.

In more frequent years however, the Latias have revealed themselves to the world again. Yet not as assassins, but in the spirit of their original image, as glamour models. Still reclusive as their reputation says. They are very picky in what they do, and who they trust. But everyone can agree, they have taken the spotlight in fashion by storm. As the goal of any photographer nowadays is to have a Latias as his client.

Some still claim that this is simply them attempting to woo the public so that they can resume their long-retired assassination practices. But these rumors truly are foundless save for one area, as the only killing these Latias are doing now, is with looks.

Here we can see one, dressed in the garb of her ancestors as an assassin, posing for a shoot.
She wields the standard dual-daggers, and a side of kunai for ranged takedowns. Clothing is not actually clothing, but rather numerous long strips of bandage. It serves both as covering, and if injured, easily accessible bandages for the wound.
