Latios Sky

Just a quick picture that I drew of Latios on Ms Paint.
It took me about an hour and 10 minutes to make.
It didn't turn out quite as good as I had hoped. His head just doesn't seem quite right and his shading needs some work. But hey, it's not bad for a quick drawing.
